Shipping Policy — The Noomi
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to:
• Australia
• New Zealand
• Selected international destinations
Shipping availability will appear at checkout based on your delivery address.
2. Shipping Methods
Orders are dispatched using trusted carriers including Australia Post and other international shipping partners.
Australia Orders

• Australia Post Express
International Orders
• Express International Shipping (tracked)
3. Processing Times
All orders are packed and dispatched daily.
Orders placed before 12pm AEST are typically shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following business day.
During peak periods, processing times may vary slightly.
4. Tracking
All orders receive a tracking number via email once shipped so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
5. Delivery Time Estimates
Australia
• Standard: 2–8 business days
• Express: 1–3 business days
New Zealand
• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
International
• Express International Shipping: 3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.
6. International Duties & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees depending on the destination country.
These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
The Noomi does not control or collect these fees and cannot predict their amount.
If duties or taxes are not paid and the parcel is refused and returned to us, any return shipping costs, customs charges, or carrier fees incurred may be deducted from the customer’s refund.
The Noomi is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
7. International Returns & Shipping Costs
For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty under our Returns Policy.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
8. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is delayed, please contact us and we will assist with tracking.
All lost parcels must be formally lodged with the shipping carrier before a replacement or refund can be issued.
The Noomi is not liable for delays caused by the courier once the parcel has been dispatched.
