We currently ship to:

  • Australia

  • New Zealand

2. Shipping Methods

Orders are dispatched using:

Australia Orders:

  • Australia Post Standard

  • Australia Post Express

New Zealand Orders:

  • Standard International Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

3. Processing Times

All orders are packed and dispatched daily.

Orders placed before 12pm AEST are typically shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following business day.

During peak periods, processing times may vary slightly.

4. Tracking

All orders receive a tracking number via email once shipped so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

5. Delivery Time Estimates

Australia:

  • Standard: 2–8 business days

  • Express: 1–3 business days

New Zealand:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on location, carrier delays, weather, or peak demand.

6. New Zealand Shipping & Customs

Orders shipped to New Zealand may be subject to GST, customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer. The Noomi is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

7. New Zealand Returns & Shipping Costs

For all New Zealand orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is deemed faulty under our Returns Policy. International shipping fees are non-refundable.

8. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, please contact us and we will assist with tracking.

All lost parcels must be formally lodged with the shipping carrier before a replacement or refund can be issued. The Noomi is not liable for delays caused by the courier once the parcel has been dispatched.
