4. Product Use & Safety
The Noomi inflatable pillow is designed for comfort and general pregnancy support only. It is not a medical device.
You agree to follow all usage instructions including:
• Safe inflation
• Avoiding over-inflation

The Noomi is not liable for injuries or damage caused by misuse or incorrect handling.
5. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day Comfort Guarantee and accept returns for faulty or defective products.
Returns may be declined if:
• The item shows signs of misuse
• The item has damage or excessive wear
• The return request is outside the eligible return period

6. Warranty
The Noomi includes a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects such as:
• Faulty stitching

• Air leaks caused by manufacturing faults
This warranty does not cover:

• Damage from over-inflation

7. Shipping
We ship from Australia to Australia and selected international destinations.
Shipping carriers may include:

Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination. Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier.
