2. Purchases

When placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We may refuse or cancel orders due to stock issues, errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in AUD and may change without notice. Shipping fees and applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

4. Product Use & Safety

The Noomi inflatable pillow is designed for comfort and general pregnancy support only. It is not a medical device. You agree to follow all usage instructions, including safe inflation, avoiding over-inflation, and using the pillow on appropriate surfaces. We are not liable for injuries or damage caused by misuse or incorrect handling.

5. Returns & Refunds 

We offer a 30-day comfort guarantee and accept returns for faulty or defective products. Returns may be declined if the item shows signs of misuse, damage, excessive wear, or if the request is outside the eligible return period. Full details are provided in our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Warranty 

The Noomi includes a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects such as faulty stitching, defective seams, faulty air valves, and air leaks caused by manufacturing faults. This warranty does not cover punctures, misuse, wear and tear, or damage from over-inflation. Full details are outlined in our Warranty Policy.

7. Shipping 

We ship within Australia only using Australia Post Standard and Express services. Once dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, The Noomi is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from misuse, incorrect inflation, or improper handling of the product. The Noomi is not a medical product and does not replace professional healthcare advice.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
