Warranty Policy — The Noomi

 

Your Noomi pillow comes with a 12-month warranty covering specific manufacturing defects related to its inflatable design.

 

 

This warranty covers:

 

• Faulty stitching or seams
• Air valves that do not seal or hold air properly
• Air leaks caused by manufacturing defects (not punctures from use)
• Structural or material failures that affect the pillow’s ability to inflate
• Any manufacturing fault present upon delivery

 

 

This warranty does NOT cover:

 

• Punctures or holes caused by misuse, sharp objects, pets, or rough surfaces
• Damage from over-inflation or incorrect inflation methods
• Wear and tear from regular use
• Cosmetic marks or stains
• Damage caused by improper storage, cleaning, or exposure to heat
• Changes in firmness due to natural material settling

 

 

International Warranty Claims

 

For international orders, warranty claims remain valid under the same conditions.

 

Please note:

• Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect
• If a defect is confirmed, The Noomi will cover the cost of replacement shipping

We will assess the claim and may offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation and stock availability.
