My Noomi feels too soft or loses firmness over time. What should I do?
Like any inflatable product, a small change in firmness can happen. Just top it up with a little more air until it feels right for you.
What if I think there’s a leak or valve issue?
Check the valve is fully closed and pressed in. If you suspect a leak, you can gently wipe soapy water around the area and look for bubbles, then contact us for support.
